Come Home to Your Body’s Wisdom
Individual & Small Group Breathwork Sessions with Margaret
You carry wisdom in your body.
The breath knows how to guide you back to it.
Breathwork is one of the most direct, accessible tools for reconnecting with your inner compass—your body, your truth, your aliveness. Through the path of conscious connected breathing, we bypass the analytical mind and soften into what’s held beneath the surface—old emotions, tension, stress, and stories that are ready to shift.
Why the Breath?
The breath is the first thing we do when we arrive in this life—and it’s the thread that carries us through every moment. But over time, most of us lose touch with its full capacity.
As we grow and experience the intensity of life’s many challenges, we unknowingly begin to breathe shallowly, bracing ourselves against the pace of life or the weight of unprocessed emotion.
Breathing deeply equates to taking in our entire experience—something that would have been too overwhelming at times. We developed unhelpful breathing patterns that helped us cope, but at the expense of our vitality and ability to be fully present with life.
Conscious breathing helps unwind these patterns. With intentional guidance, the breath becomes a powerful somatic ally:
It helps you release what’s been held.
It awakens the body’s natural healing intelligence.
It reconnects you with a deeper sense of presence, clarity, and wholeness.
What is Conscious Connected Breathing?
Conscious connected breathing is a simple healing tool that bridges the body and the unconscious, offering a safe path for emotional release and insight.
This path of breathwork is a simple yet potent breathing pattern—done through an open mouth in a continuous loop—that allows you to enter a self-induced non-routine state of consciousness where surfacing content can be observed and positively reframed. It can unlock emotional release, insight, and deep nervous system regulation.
This technique draws from a lineage of ancient breathing practices and modern somatic modalities. It is trauma-informed, body-centered, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Each session includes time to arrive, intention setting, guided breathing, integration support, and space for gentle reflection.

Breathwork as Somatic Healing
We live in a thinking world, but healing happens in the body.
Breathwork is a somatic (body-based) practice. It helps us drop below the noise of the mind and into the intelligence of the body. Emotions, trauma, and patterns are not just “mental”—they’re stored in our tissues, breath patterns, and nervous system. The breath helps us metabolize those imprints and open space for something new to emerge.
As a registered massage therapist and energy worker, I bring a deeply attuned, trauma-aware lens to this work. Sessions are designed to feel safe, held, and empowering—not cathartic for the sake of release, but supportive of real integration and nervous system healing.

Conscious connected breathing connects us intimately with our bodies and is great for working with an intention (something you want to explore, let go of, or invite into your life) and letting the body guide you towards that.
This style of breathing puts us gently into a non-ordinary state that allows us to be with sensations, emotions, and subconscious patterns so we can rebalance our nervous system, regulate our breathing, relax our bodies, and experience deeper insights.
This is not meditational style breathing. It’s more of a journey into yourself that can be very different each time. In our sessions, we enhance your experience with curated therapeutic music.
