What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses a rhythmic, continuous breath pattern to access deeper states of awareness. Through this practice, participants can:

  • Release emotional and physical blockages

  • Process unresolved experiences

  • Awaken creativity and clarity

  • Deepen their connection to themselves and others

What to Expect

  1. Opening Circle: Begin with an invitation to share what you’re moving through and intention-setting to create a safe, supportive space.

  2. Guided Breathwork Session: Experience a 60-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork journey led by experienced facilitators.

  3. Integration: Reflect and process your experience through journaling and optional group sharing.

What to Bring

  • Loose, comfortable clothing to move and breathe freely.

  • Yoga mat or single foam mat

  • Blanket for comfort and warmth

  • Pillow (bring a 2 if you need support under your knees)

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Journal and pen for personal reflection

  • Eye mask (optional)
